1. All purchases made on bwitch.tv are final and non-refundable. Any attempts to reclaim funds through other means will lead to account blocking and email banning from bwitch.tv
2. Certain refund requests for Subscriptions may be considered by the Company on a case-by-case basis and granted at the sole discretion of the Company e.g when you make a payment twice by mistake , or when you made the payment , but content is not available etc.

3. Refund if applicable will be approved only by Bwitch.tv and once approved it can take approx 7-10 days for processing and final credit to original mode of payment.
